MY FAVOURITES
I tried to write a short explanation for my reasons for loving each of these. Spookily the reasons were the same for almost all! (Psychiatric diagnosis on a postcard please.) It's the combination of beautiful imagery and stories full of suppressed passion; the forbidden; emotions that cannot be expressed. Poems that like life, leave 'what if?' hanging in the air.
